Intensive pre-treatment discussions with the patients are aimed at clarifying all possible options, generating a detailed treatment plan, and discussing alternative treatment suggestions. We also discuss comprehensively any possible side effects. A surgical microscope is used for diagnostic purposes as well as during the actual treatment.
